Symptoms
You created a protection plan for backing up to NAS or network share. The protection plan was created under one user, then it was exported, and imported under a different user.
After the import, backup to a NAS or network share fails with:
The credentials for location <folder> are not specified
When you attempt to provide credentials, the following error is displayed:
tenant scope not granted
Cause
The current user does not have access to read the credentials from the protection plan.
This behavior will be improved in future versions of the product.
Solution
Remove the saved credentials in the Credential Store (Settings -> Credentials), revoke the Protection Plan, specify the correct credentials using the backup user account and apply the Protection Plan one more time.
